"The Glam Company" (TGC) is the entity responsible for collecting and processing Users' personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and complementary legislation on data protection personal information in force.

 

The personal data collected will be processed and stored electronically by TGC, or by the entities subcontracted by it and are intended to respond to your requests for information, appointments, registration, subscriptions to the newsletter, professional applications, as well as your comments, requests for clarification and suggestions.

 

TCG assumes that the data collected was entered by the respective holder and that its insertion was authorized by the same, being true and accurate.

In accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, (Right to erasure of data “right to be forgotten”) we store your data only for the period strictly necessary for the respective processing purposes:

 

The personal data collected will be kept in a way that allows the identification of its holders only for the period necessary to pursue the purposes of collection or subsequent processing, after which they will be securely deleted

 

If used for promotional communications and market research based on your consent, your data will be stored until you revoke your consent.

Your data may be shared with TGC subcontractors, within the scope of services provided by them. In these cases, we require that appropriate security measures be in place to protect your personal data. Only entities whose collaboration is essential to the provision of the service(s) you subscribe to will have access to your personal data, such as subcontracted entities such as:

 

    Aesthetics, health & well-being service providers;

IT Service Providers;

As set out in the Personal Data Protection Law, the user is guaranteed the following rights:

    II. Right of access – we provide the possibility of consulting the personal data you have provided to us;

 

    III. Right to portability – we offer the possibility of transmitting the personal data you have provided to us;

    V. Right to erasure – we provide the possibility of deleting your personal data that is no longer necessary for the purposes described in paragraph e) above - This right cannot be exercised to delete health data;
